What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Powder River Industries (PRI)?
Powder River Industries is looking for a Recruiter who will provide support to our customer. This position is located in Laramie, Wyoming.
A successful candidate will learn our company core values, skillsets, and other requirements that are required for position fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates via several sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, etc.)
Screen candidates via telephone, and video conferencing tools to ensure a quality job fit for both the candidate and Powder River Industries.
Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
Prepare candidates for interviews.
Works with the corresponding account manager for salary negotiations
Maintains data in company ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Salesforce as well as other systems to ensure all data needed is collected and maintained.
May perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong desire and ability to work in a metrics driven, high volume, and fast paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency initiative, and ability to multi-task at any given time.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year in a Customer Service or related field
Benefits:
Base Salary: $45,000
Quarterly Bonus Plan: $2,500/quarter based on achievement of goals.
