BRAZER - 1ST SHIFT

We are looking for a Brazer with a strong background in manufacturing, to braze, cut and clean tubular components in a safe and efficient manner while meeting customer and company expectations for form, fit, function, quality and on time delivery. The trick is doing all of this while having fun in a fast-growing, fast-paced entrepreneurial organization. Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of successful experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Braze, Flame Braze, tube cut, leak test and label parts.
• Follow work instructions and procedures
• Set up of equipment
• Perform quality checks as required for each work assignment
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance as assigned
• Participate in problem solving and customer complaint resolution efforts
• Inform supervisor of all equipment, process, material, safety, or quality concerns
• Participate in daily area clean up and more significant facility clean-up efforts as assigned
• Adhere to all other general company policies and work rules
• Consult product blueprints and technical data sheets as required
• Set up and properly use protractors and other jogs and fixtures as required
• Ensure completed product is properly stored in correct bin locations
• Strive to meet or exceed efficiency goals
• Accept assignments in Assembly as workloads dictates
