Our company is looking for a full-time team member in the role of Digital and Demand Generation Program Manager to continue to develop our web presence and support our demand generation initiatives and marketing programs.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for incorporating a variety of marketing techniques to organize and optimize both our digital presence and our demand generation campaigns. This marketing role is responsible for various digital marketing deliverables including maintaining and augmenting the customer-experience on the division's website, search engine marketing, as well as developing and managing our demand generation campaigns. and related analytics.
Responsibilities:
As the Digital and Demand Generation Marketing manager, your typical duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Helping us build awareness and consideration of our products and services with key prospects and customers.
- Managing our online presence by keeping our website current from a product offering perspective with best practices for Search Engine Optimization/ Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEM) to increase online awareness and conversion. Prior experience with content management systems or digital experience platforms for the web is mandatory.
- Creating and implementing effective demand generation strategies to attract customers to our offerings. Includes identifying the target audience and generating demand via compelling content; overseeing projects and timelines, and suppliers; Collaborating in the development of demand generation content, such as infographics, videos, webinars, etc.; and attracting prospects with calls-to-action that will increase demand for our products.
- Helping maintain and manage our internal digital channels with relevant and compelling information that helps keep employees informed.
- This role also requires you to analyze, track, and report program performance by measuring the impact of our programs across all platforms; familiarity with digital analysis software such as Google Analytics is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience working in technology communications or marketing
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Strategic Business Communications, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Desired Characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization while being able to demonstrate how you translate tech speak into digestible laymen's language; semiconductor, telecom/wireless, IIOT, energy/power industry experience a plus.
- Proven marketing experience for a variety of technology products and/or services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting digital strategies and developing and managing digital campaigns.
- Ability to meet deadlines while participating collaboratively in a fast-paced team with a quality focus and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects and programs at the same time.
- An analytical mindset to develop appropriate measurement goals and demonstrate ROI from investments made in programs.
- Credible experience developing digital assets such as webinars, videos and other digital marketing and communications deliverables.
- Familiarity working with O365 suite of collaboration and personal computer (PC) tools.
- Ability to develop and edit demand generation content such as emails, collateral and/or white papers.
