Sales and Marketing Development Coordinator

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Company's marketing plan, providing assistance with trade shows, graphic design, website updates, digital marketing, and the crucial task of capturing and tracking sales leads. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn and support basic sales activities, including qualifying database leads, monitoring sales personnel's key performance indicators, and evaluating sales metrics to shape the future direction of our organization.

Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Create and implement a targeted marketing campaign to aid in specific market penetration.
- Track inventory for all promotional materials and order replenishment as needed.
- Prepare for trade shows, giving the company the greatest opportunity for success at that show.
- Develop and maintain print materials such as brochures and line cards.
- Track Key Performance Indicators of individual sales personnel, and of the entire sales team.
- Qualify sales leads, and assist with customer management
- Trend market data to aid in future decision-making and sales techniques
- Create content for all social media platforms
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Email Marketing experience and knowledge of constant contact.
- Experience with All adobe programs required (Photoshop, In-design, and Premier)
- Familiarity with website design (WordPress) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve website traffic is a plus.
- Willing to operate independently to complete small projects
- Good interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment
- Specific industry knowledge is not required

Pay: $42,871.77 - $51,630.51 per year
