The Lead Technical Recruiters is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of three recruiters, while also performing full life-cycle recruitment to support internal and external staffing needs.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be focused on filling technical roles such as Dev OPs, System Engineers, and Sys Admins with the highest level security clearances.
Position Details
Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
Manage job reqs and postings in ATS
Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire)
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
Manages full life cycle of candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure recruiters are dispositioning candidates correctly and timely
Qualifications
7 years of experience recruiting candidates with high-level security clearances ( TS/SCI Poly).
