What are the responsibilities and job description for the AUTO BDC REP position at PowerBDC?
We are looking for BDC Team Professionals within depth knowledge of the Automotive BDC and that want to WORK FROM HOME!
Are you tired of DEALERSHIP POLITICS, have AUTOMOTIVE BDC EXPERIENCE and have a quiet home office space to work from, then we want to talk with you! Must have excellent phone and written communication skills, be able to work in multiple CRM solutions, be computer savvy, be able to make over 100 outbound calls per day, able to process information quickly, be receptive to ongoing training, and willing to learn to do whatever it takes to be successful. We provide all technology needed.
PROIR BDC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 Years Experience!
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· MUST know how to use an automotive CRM’s such as VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK, Xtime, Process Pro, Momentum, ELeads etc.
· Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
· Log all Customer comments, via phone, email and text in the CRM.
· Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
· Post scheduled appointments in the CRM.
· Confirm scheduled appointments.
· Reschedule no-show Customer appointments.
· Follow up with to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
· Purify and update Customer data in the CRM.
· Contacting Customers based on current marketing or campaigns initiatives.
· Be a CRM NINJA!
