Responsibilities of the Position:
Install, configure, upgrade, and support PowerPhone's software/service suite for our customers.
Provide feedback from customers regarding desired enhancements.
Participate in testing on new releases and features.
Maximize the benefits to our customers through effective deployment of our software and services.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assist the Information Services team in supporting PowerPhone's employees with their technology needs.
Requirements:
A combination of experience, education, training, certifications, knowledge, willingness to learn, and curiosity regarding:
Windows, Networking, Cloud Based Computing, Databases, Software Design, Testing
Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be a natural team player.
Interest in Public Safety.
