Property Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day aspects of property management.
Maintain professional image for office and property at all times.
Develop and maintain resident / manager relationship
Direct involvement with new resident from application process to move in.
Prepare all paperwork for resident move in - move outs.
Conduct property inspections and maintain daily reports.
Conduct legal paperwork with local magistrate pertaining to legal and eviction process.
Enforcing lease covenants and restrictions.
Maintaining tenant compliance with rules and regulations.
Maintain communication with residents and management.
Maintain documentation of critical issues.
Make daily electronic bank deposits and maintain financial records.
Direct maintenance staff daily
Qualifications:
Property Management or Hospitality background helpful.
Strong sense of organization and ability to follow management plan and follow through with details.
Ability to support and contribute to management team
Ability to respond to and diffuse resident concerns to avoid escalation of issues.
Problem solving skills
Competence in daily office operations; telephone, office equipment, basic computer operations, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.
Additional Requirements:
Possible After-hours emergency response
Proper business attire
