- Lead the Talent function, which includes Talent Acquisition and Development.
- Lead and develop capabilities in Talent Strategy and Management, Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion and Workforce Development.
- Identify the need for and design talent programs to enhance the experience of high potential, diverse, and emerging leader talent.
- Identify, and incorporate external best practices, innovations, and trends into design of talent strategy, talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness solutions.
- Ensure we have the right talent and lead change management for all employee-facing initiatives.
- This role will have reach beyond talent as the leader of talent transformation, including responsibility for company-level initiatives that drive the talent agenda for the organization.
- Ensure operational readiness and efficiency of the global talent organization, providing recommendations on structure, automation, and functional responsibilities.
- Key participant in merger and acquisition activity from due diligence through successful integration.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in HR; 5 years' experience in talent strategy and management
- Experience leading large-scale change for an organization
- Prior people leadership experience
- Has spent time in the HR/Talent Business Partner role, interacting directly with Senior Leadership
- Experience managing departmental budgets
Specialized knowledge
- Expertise in key talent programs such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion
- Experience in building short and long-term human capital management strategies
- Demonstrated change leader with experience leading HR strategy and transformation
- Experience with HR operating model and service delivery design
- Current knowledge of new policies, procedures, and trends within the HR industry
