We are a unified company that provides a ONE STOP source for maintenance to provide installation, service and repair for all building systems. Our services include plumbing, drains and sewers; electrical power, lighting, and data; HVAC and boilers; grease traps and interceptors and storm drains, catch basins and detention ponds.
We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional/ account manager to join our team. In this role you will actively sell our services, track leads and follow up, maintain current clients and build new relationships both within and outside the company.

Account Manager Responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries about our services
- Develop sales opportunities by broadening relationships with existing accounts
- Research and identify potential accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting new and related services
- Solicit new accounts
- Develop value-based relationships
- Provide technical information with explanations
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Problem solves by partnering with other key players within the company
- Be the “go-to” person throughout entirety of projects
- Use creative solutions to accomplish all customers needs within schedule constraints
- Use CRM and other sales applications
Account Manager Qualifications
- Business-to-business sales experience, required
- Sales experience for HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing, preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Construction and related industry experience, preferred
