Title: Training Coordinator
Team: Training
Schedule: Hybrid/ Flex - Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm ET), 2-3 days in office/ 2-3 days work from home
Location: 2 Tesseneer Rd, Highland Heights, KY 41076
Notes: Full time, Permanent, Benefits, 401K, 17 PTO days, 10 Paid Holidays
Summarized purpose: The Training Coordiantor is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of Global Central Labs (GCL) training programs, as well as providing administrative support to the GCL Training Operations Team under limited management supervision.
Essential Functions:
- Queries, compiles, enters, tracks and maintains electronic data and records management systems supporting department programs and processes. Provides additional aduit support.
- Coordinates the booking, setup, registration and face-to-face department level meetings and conferences. New hire training
- Purchases, tracks, manages and coordinates delivery of supplies and program support materials, and maintains accurate accounting and transactional records.
- Prepares and/or arranges delivery of training materials and other department deliverables.
- Performs general administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, faxing, filing, photocopying and ordering supplies for department programs and services.

Job Qualification
Education and Experience:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
- In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally with different parties (eg internal and external clients, upper management, vendors)
- Ability to interact professionally and communicate well with other team members and support department employees from local and distant offices.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and decision making skills based on criteria provided by management, including keeping confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to handle administrative tasks for department personnel as needed such as writing meeting minutes or facilitating departmental communication.
- Willing and able to travel.Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Willingness to draft personal performance goals in line with team goals and strategy for approval by line manager
- Willingness and ability to perform manual or administrative tasks such as packing boxes, moving boxes, copying, filing, collating, and shipping.

- Ability to plan and coordinate logistics of training sessions and materials-delivery in an efficient and cost-effective manner for both locally-delivered and distance learning opportunities and adjust as needed with some guidance or with supervision
