Production Team Lead

As a Production Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate the team's day-to-day activities to ensure efficient functioning and maintenance of all production practices. You will maintain a safe and effective working environment while training teams on policies and procedures. Starting pay is $21.63/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management
• Supervise facility service requests
• Complete requests within established timelines and quality specifications.
• Supervise daily function of production associates
• Partner with manager to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
