Production Associate

Production Associate in Oklahoma City, OK. 

Starting Pay $19/hr-$21/hr Depending On Experience! 

Multiple Shifts Available.

High Requirement for Overtime As Needed. 

Training will be on first shift 7:00am-3:30pm from 3 to 6 months. 

 

As a Production Associate, you will be an important part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them! You will work in a distribution center setting packing, moving, and preparing product for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

·  Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications an schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. 
·  Operate machinery and production equipment safely and in accordance with instruction.
·  Monitor the quality output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
·  Maintain accurate daily production record so manufacturing performance can be analyzed. 
·  Must maintain acceptable attendance levels. 
·  Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications

·  Able to communicate and work with all departments and all levels of management and employees within the business unit.
·  Basic Microsoft Application skills - Word, Excel, Outlook. 
·  SAP experience not required but is preferred. 
·  Forklift experience not required but is preferred. 
·  Must be able to use ladders as needed. 
·  Two to five years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. 
·  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
