Job Overview:
We are looking for someone that is hard-working and dedicated to come and join our first shift. Pay is entirely based on experience. If you have more experience than what's required, we aren't afraid to pay more!
In this role, you will develop sales results in a specific area. You will be asked to develop relationships to drive top line sales growth.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have graduated high school, have at least three years of experience in sales and be able to work at least 50 hours each week between Monday-Friday. Ideally, you'll have a Bachelor's degree although it's not required. Occasionally, you'll be asked to lift up to 65 lbs and you will also be traveling about 30% of the time to meet with clients in your territory.
Lastly, we'll be looking for someone that has experience with store operations, inventory management, and merchandising experience.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will review territory sales performance reports and come up with ways that we can grow our business in these areas. We expect you to be able to work great with customers and provide them with the best service by finishing all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
You will work with other departments to continue to strategize how we can exceed company sales goals, and you will also work to grow existing customer business and create relationships with new customers to create new business as well.
