Position Summary: Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Partners with hiring managers to develop an effective recruitment action plan that fill specific job openings within established timelines. Manages the sourcing, presentation, selection, negotiation, and closing of candidates involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Develops a strategy to pipeline passive high-potential talent for PRA as business needs dictate by building and maintaining a network of professional contacts both locally and nationally. Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness Reviews applications and resumes; performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a thorough, compliant and legal process. Promotes, Coordinates and Conducts Job Fair as well as Open House presentations Responsible for effectiveness in meeting performance goals in the following areas: Quantity - Number of hires, goal vs. actual, Delivery - Time to fill position and Efficiency - Job applicants to interview; interviews to offer; offers to hire. Professional Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or a minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination Experience with high-volume recruiting or a temporary staffing agency preferred. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
