What you would be responsible for:
- Working closely with clients to develop marketing strategies for physical therapy clinics
- Client relationship management and client retention
- Project management of high volume of print marketing materials including monthly newsletters, postcard campaigns, brochures, rack cards, flyers, and posters
- Proofreading all newsletters and print projects for clients
- Mailing list management
- Liaison between client, graphic designer, and print company
- Delegation to and supervision of assistant
- Team collaboration between print and digital account managers for shared clients
- Virtual team meetings including morning huddles, production meetings to discuss projects and clients, team meetings for collaboration and process improvements. In person meetings in the Midlothian area every other month and whole team meetings in person 2 times per year.
- Video conferencing with clients to go over results,strategy, and next projects
- Education and coaching of clients on direct mail, results metrics, and marketing in general
- Technology you will be using on a daily basis Basecamp, Monday.com, Google Suite

Our team is located in and around Richmond, VA and we are recruiting professional marketers who live close by so they can arrive for in person meeting. Our team loves to be together and collaborate and also gets together for social events twice a month.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
