Praescient Analytics is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage a contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This individual will manage program operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. The Program Manager is responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities and coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. This role will be hybrid based and will require some on-site requirements in Fairfax, VA.

Primary Responsibilities
- Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
- Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
- Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization Entity Management, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
- Consults with client to define need or problem, supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
- Possesses Mission Support - Program Management technical qualifications that are highly exceptional and unique.
- Recognized as an Industry Expert for Mission Support - Program Management Functional or Technical Area Experience.
- Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from Project Inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex Mission Support - Program Management.
- Provides strategic direction, advice, technical guidance, and expertise to Program staff.
- Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization of Entity Management, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
- Consults with client to define needs or problems.
- Supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- 10 years of relevant Program/Project Management experience, including support of a U.S. Government Customer
- 3 years of Contract Management/Execution experience.
- 5 years of supervisory/personnel management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree desired; if no BA, then 4 years of relevant work experience required in addition to the 10 years of experience
