SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Maintains sufficient knowledge of the whole operation of the Hunters restaurant. Including the wine menu, food menu items, service ware and reservations.
- Provides training to Servers and Bussers in proper table service to guest. This includes upselling.
- Trains all Servers thoroughly in the operation and maintenance of the MICROS cash register system and all restaurant equipment.
- Monitors Hunters staff performance to ensure that all service steps and procedures are being performed consistently by the service staff while maintaining the highest quality in guest service.
- Provides information to F&B Supervisors regarding staff performance for consideration in employee Skill Assessments process.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all Hunter’s menus including specials and the description of wines and beers offered.
- Assures the cleanliness of service areas and that Servers are completing side work.
- Assure Hunters restaurant is set to standards prior to opening.
- The Lead must always be willing to fill in where needed in all areas of Food and Beverage and assist the staff in any way possible.
- Maintain RBS Certification.
- Will assist with other duties as dictated by the business.
- May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience: Proficiency in MICROS POS system preferred. Familiarity with the beverage service from the bar.
Abilities: Must be able to easily initiate contact with new people, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of guest service. Completion of Training for Intervention Procedures (RBS), preferred. Knowledge of effective employee training techniques preferred. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly. Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours. Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and can lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Salary : $18 - $26
