Project/System Integrator and Project Manager

The selected candidate will act as a Project Manager to help keep projects on track by tracking schedules, costs, risks, and personnel; provide liaison with Stakeholders; facilitate meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions; ensure resources and tasks are worked according to priorities as directed by Staff management (Priority-Driven Resource Alignment); and help address team needs and gaps. In addition, this position solicits cloud-costs from sources, tracks costs in an Excel spreadsheet, helps track and prepare budget recommendations working with the Government Program Manager. 

Duties includes:

• Support the Staff Customer Liaison officer with Stakeholder outreach and management.
• Help answer questions by Stakeholders, calling in team resources as needed to ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Facilitate discussions between the team and Stakeholders (plans, requirements/scope, schedule, costs, constraints, etc.)
• Work with the other PM, coordinating with Staff Management and the CPM, to adjust resources and tasks as needed across teams.
• Address priorities for each team, coordinating across teams as needed.
• Work with developers and team leads to establish agreed to goals.
• Help teams achieve their goals.
• Attend all program-specific meetings with Stakeholders, or any meetings that will discuss changes to scope, costs, schedule, or requirements.
• Attend and lead program Sprint reviews and document results.
• Work with team/application leads and Stakeholders to set an agenda for all non-emergency Stakeholder meetings.
• Schedule meetings, publish agendas ahead of time (24 hours), and draft/coordinate minutes for each meeting.
• Track action items, assignments, and due dates.
• Help facilitate ACE risk/opportunity planning and strategic planning discussions.
• Provide guidance to programs to ensure alignment of programs to Sponsor strategies.
• Track schedules, Sprint assignments, and changes; and report changes to Stakeholders as needed.
• Work with the team to identify and escalate risks to the CPM and staff management as appropriate.
• Provide status reports to staff management and the CPM and Stakeholders.
• Work with teams to define metrics.
• Track defined metrics and report on metrics.
• PMs back each other up during absences.
• PMs help keep developers coding by serving as Scrum Master, Project Integrator, and Systems Integrator.
• PMs work closely with staff and contractors, including the GTM and GPM.
• Tools used: Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

• Must have an active TS/SCI with an appropriate Polygraph
