Part Time
Phantom Woods & Woodview Senior
Looking for a part-time (32 hours) property manager in Muskego and Mukwonago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer service and possess problem solving skills. Must also be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service. This position involves some light maintenance work.
Duties to Include:
– Maximizing income through occupancy with emphasis on rental collections
– Providing excellent resident customer service
– Resident retention
– Coordinating maintenance service requests
– Marketing of community through advertising and outreach
– Implementing and adhering to company standards and all applicable laws, including fair housing
– Light maintenance and cleaning
– Getting apartments Rent Ready
Qualifications:
– Strong leadership background
– Experience in leading and motivating teams to meet goals
– Ability to multi-task and organizational skills
– Yardi software experience preferred but not a must
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Compensation:
