What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at Precast Services, Inc.?
Precast Service Inc. is looking for an Assistant Project Manager
Duties will include assistance with precast erection projects, estimating, reading construction drawings, communicating with field personnel and customers.
*Travel is a must with frequent overnights.
*We are looking for someone with 0-5 years of experience, recent college grads are welcome to apply!
Education: Any engineering degree, civil/construction preferred
Experience:
- Familiar with Blue Beam software
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Able to work alone or in a team environment
- Documentation control
- Familiar with contract language a plus
- Experience with General Construction terminology, practices and procedures a plus for candidates with no experience
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
- Familiarity with crane a plus
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to perform quantity takeoffs
- Able to acquire OSHA 30 Certificate
- Able to acquire CPR/First Aid/AED Certificate
- Travel will require time spent on a construction site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
