What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive, Data Solutions position at Precisely?
The Account Executive is a results-focused, high-energy, sales professional who will identify and bring to closure direct sales engagements, upgrade and expand existing accounts and work closely with regional partners. This person will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes opportunities for Precisely products and services.
- You will utilize and follow integrated sales processes and CRM systems
- You will efficiently manage pipeline of opportunities
- You will identify new customers, and business development opportunities
- You will collaborate with strategic resellers and alliance partners including AWS, Snowflake and DataBricks
- You will perform strategic account planning
- You will negotiate contracts, using Precisely protocol
- You will partner with colleagues inside Precisely, including sales engineering, and marketing and Renewal/Customer Success team members
- You will focus on assigned named list of Proptech accounts and drive 100% contact rate in year assigned
- You will adhere to activity and pipeline development KPI’s established in order to meet and exceed your quota
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Minimum 5 years enterprise software and Data sales experience
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
- You have a track record of generating new business and a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-value deals
- You have drive and self-direction to execute independently
- You have strong team spirit and capability to collaborate with team members
- You have keen commercial instinct to identify which opportunities to prioritize
- You have excellent communication and negotiating skills with a consultative approach to selleing
- You have Salesforce familiarity
- Travel is required: Approximately 25%.Evening and weekend work, as needed.
