Position Summary:
The Manager, Feasibility, Site and Patient Engagement will be a core member of the expert team within Operational Strategy Department of Precision for Medicine. As part of this team, they will have responsibility for the management and delivery of pre and post award feasibility and site identification. The Manager, Feasibility, Site and Patient Engagement will support the study teams and Operational Strategy team by representing the feasibility function at pre and post award meetings. In addition, this team member will participate in specific projects that will enable Precision for Medicine to stay at the forefront of innovation and maintain their competitive edge as a scientifically driven engaged partner for our biotech and pharma clients
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Manage implementation of post award feasibility
Undertake post award and standalone feasibility in alignment with study and client requirements
Apply process, tracking, templates, data structure delivery standards for post award and stand alone feasibility
Work closely with the Precision study teams to support assessing required input from the feasibility function
Conduct the data driven research and analysis to provide accurate planning and site identification information for assigned studies
Oversee and /or conduct the site outreach process for site identification
Ensure accurate and quality of the survey data including QC of department deliverables
Provide training and training materials to support post award feasibility
Where appropriate, engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks in order to support study feasibility, recruitment and successful delivery
Assist in the development of the feasibility budget in the instance of a budget modification. Management of feasibility hours / budget for assigned projects.
Conduct feasibility analysis for pre award opportunities:
Undertake the delivery of data driven analysis and site outreach (if requested) feasibility for pre award opportunities
Apply process, templates and delivery standards for feasibility pre award
Provide training and training materials to support pre award Feasibility.
Participate in the management and deliverables of the Operational Strategy Department
May act as an Operational Strategy lead support for stand alone feasibility, RFP response and bid defense support for certain opportunities as assigned
Undertake proposal input support and budget input for pre-award opportunities
Support Business Development in client meetings and bid defense presentation
Mentor and train Operational Strategy colleagues and Precision colleagues in aspects of feasibility and site identification
Line management
This position may involve line management within the operational strategy group
Supports performance management and professional development of direct reports, including ongoing feedback, coaching, and career support
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Postgraduate degree preferred
Other Required:
Approximately 5-10 years in the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent relevant experience
Competence and relevant experience in the required activities for the role including feasibility analysis, site identification.

Travel required
Domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
