About You:
You are passionate about advertising - specifically brands that can build and craft a compelling narrative that both engages and compels
You have an insatiable interest in health and medicine, you love continually learning and understanding brands that play in high science and ground breaking therapeutic areas
You are interested in collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to quality contributions crucial to the successful execution of a variety of print and digital projects for our clients
You work passionately and are never satisfied with the status quo
You are flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects at once and do your best work in an energizing environment
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
A digital, professional with day-to-day control and management of the workflow for a range of projects through the agency, serving as a bridge between creative, technical and client services
The Project Manager will work closely with designated Account Lead to ensure that projects are completed on brief, on time and on budget
The range of digital projects likely to be encountered include; brand building, websites/ microsites, mobile sites and applications, social media, email blasts, banner ads, SEO/SEM etc.
The agency is also involved in the production of non-digital assets for clients. A Project Manager needs to be comfortable, and experienced, in project managing both digital and traditional workflows
Project management at PRECISIONeffect is an important and responsible role, as it is central to the effective running of the agency. It requires a team player, someone who communicates clearly and passionately, a stickler for detail and someone passionate about quality control at every stage in the process of delivering top quality digital and non-digital assets to our clients
The Project Manager may also mentor junior members of the team. This includes helping them understand our approach to project management and familiarisation with procedures and ways of working
Qualifications:
3 years’ experience in a digital agency environment, ideally pharmaceutical, in project management roles
Experience working on both rapid MVP/prototype and full production projects and the profitable delivery of them
