What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As Sales Development Associate, you’ll play an integral part on our tight-knit Sales Development Team, supporting our Sales Representatives and Field Managers with a managed incentive program to drive the highest level of sales excellence.
As the driving force behind implementing successful sales initiatives, fine-tuning our processes, and crafting new approaches that deliver results, you’ll grow your knowledge of sales operations and build relationships within our sales team to better understand a dynamic sales landscape in a unique, recession-proof industry.
You’ll own our incentive strategy and content calendar (approximately 30 incentives/year) as well as project manage all sales materials with our internal creative powerhouses and external vendors. No day will be the same as you exponentially grow your project management and marketing skill set!

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- 1-2 years’ work experience in sales, field sales or in a strategic marketing role
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or similar field preferred
- Advanced ability to use marketing programs including but not limited to: Zapier, Canva, Google Drive, and various printing vendor sites
