Equipment Mechanic
The mechanic will keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters. Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs. Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by supervisor. Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate. Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist.

Qualifications
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of automotive repair experience in a dealership setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools required
