Preferred Welding is currently looking for a Paint Line Operator.
Job Description
- Unload painted parts from a moving paint line in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably with a partner.
- Make sure to put hooks and racking back onto the line for Racks Down Operator, if need be.
- Keep communication with other unloader and Racks Down Operator.
- Unload parts back onto the carts they belong to following the color and cart tags hung up by the Racks Up Operator.
- Lay down foam or cardboard for parts if needed for damage protection.
- Ensure all job tags are on the correct job cart for each part associated with that cart.
- Stage cart in finished area for pick up from assembly or shipping.
- Wear all proper PPE in each area on the line.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
