AutoNation Express Call Center
Position Summary
The Manager, through personal leadership and management, is responsible for maintaining corporate efficiency and profitability by: developing, implementing, and consistently reviewing departmental strategies and objectives aligned with specific and overall corporate goals; ensuring corporate sales initiatives, drive company performance to the stated goals and objectives; determining the timely, profitable, and effective allocation of all resources; maintaining expenditures within both monthly and annual budgetary guidelines; developing skilled and capable employees who accept responsibility and accountability, are self-managing, committed to the organization’s culture and goals and consistently performing at or above standards; and minimizing employee and business risks to the company.

This position is also responsible for making credit decisions, submitting deals to our lenders for approval and helping bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll find the right finance and insurance products for every customer, no matter what their situation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment, retention, and training of top talented Personal Auto Consultants
  • Effective leadership, direction & production of Sales/Finance department
  • Facilitates timely & effective cross-departmental resolutions to issues
  • Implement, maintain, & enforce a measurable chain-of-responsibility
  • Handles scheduling of Personal Auto Consultants
  • Directs & oversees the success of the sales team & fulfillment initiatives.
  • Determine customer financing needs and payment options
  • Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
  • Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
  • Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Qualifications
  • Must meet company’s requirements for employment.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve complex requests or interactions
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Strong Dealership Ecom and Phone process skills required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Highly energetic individual
