Position Summary
Responsible for basic knowledge of multiple system platforms to deliver access and services to all clients such as Business and Consumer Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Bill Pay, ACH Transactions, Wires Transfers, Mobile Banking, ATM’s, Mobile and Remote Deposit, People Pay, as well as other advanced services supported in the department. Ability to handle basic internal and external calls and answer detailed questions. Utilize customer first characteristics when dealing with both internal and external customers.

This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Basic Data Entry Processing within a team environment
- Familiar with Premier Bank’s product’s, policies, and procedures
- Basic understanding of department job duties and assignments
- Perform specific tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Assistant Department Manager
- Responsible for completion of time-sensitive job duties
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to balance customer needs with bank policies and procedures
- Provide backup for basic functions on the eBanking team
- Complete other duties as assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Banking experience preferred
- General knowledge and understanding of banking rules and regulations and delivery platforms.
- Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies that include but are not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, and other applicable anti-money laundering rules, NACHA, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other laws and regulations as they pertain to the position.

- Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate data input and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and assist other team members
