A typical day at Premier Deck
We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and alongside the Deck Lead to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish.
Clean and pack up job site, and punch out by 3:30.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service
- Direct and professional interaction with customer
- Continuous customer communication
- Strive for a 5 star review on all projects
- Quality
- Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck
- Schedule
- Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule
- Organization
- Job Site must be clean and orderly
- Clean and organized trailer
- Maintain a stocked trailer
- Production
- Able to work with Deck Lead and produce approximately. 200 square feet of deck per week
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 80 pounds
