Receptionist
Locally owned and operated business seeking a Receptionist. Will be the first point of contact upon entering the office. Hours will be M-F, 8a-5p with an hour lunch. $14-15, depending on experience.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Set/Un-set the phones daily, coordinate with the answering service when needed.
- Answering phone calls, promptly and professionally.
- Answer customer questions related to projects, scheduling, pricing, etc.
- Creating and maintaining all filing.
- Reporting low inventory of office supplies.
- Incoming/Outgoing mail.
- Taking payments.
- Oversee rug and upholstery scheduling and timely completion.
- Create the necessary work order (or other related paperwork) for all scheduled jobs and estimates.
- Creating and maintaining schedules for current and upcoming jobs.
- Learn and utilize industry specific software used to complete projects, including Xactimate.
- Assist in writing and calculating estimates.
- Assist in entering job notes and billing line items.
- Input diagrams of structural restoration projects into industry specific software.
- Travel to job sites to create diagrams of job locations as needed.
