Receptionist

Locally owned and operated business seeking a Receptionist. Will be the first point of contact upon entering the office. Hours will be M-F, 8a-5p with an hour lunch. $14-15, depending on experience.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
  • Set/Un-set the phones daily, coordinate with the answering service when needed.
  • Answering phone calls, promptly and professionally.
  • Answer customer questions related to projects, scheduling, pricing, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining all filing.
  • Reporting low inventory of office supplies.
  • Incoming/Outgoing mail.
  • Taking payments.
  • Oversee rug and upholstery scheduling and timely completion.
  • Create the necessary work order (or other related paperwork) for all scheduled jobs and estimates.
  • Creating and maintaining schedules for current and upcoming jobs.
  • Learn and utilize industry specific software used to complete projects, including Xactimate.
  • Assist in writing and calculating estimates.
  • Assist in entering job notes and billing line items.
  • Input diagrams of structural restoration projects into industry specific software.
  • Travel to job sites to create diagrams of job locations as needed.

  • Experience in the restoration industry or the willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work with clients and management in a professional manner
  • Outstanding customer service skills
