What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk/Office Assistant position at Premier Gold Silver and Coin?
Vintage Auctions is looking to hire a shipping clerk/ office assistant for our Ottawa, OH office.
Qualifications: basic computer skills, printers, email, Excel, and Google Drive, and general knowledge of everyday packaging would be an asset.
Attention to detail and time management skills are a must.
This position is responsible for the everyday paperwork to ensure our shipments get out the door in a timely manner. You will be responsible for inventory and ordering shipping supplies. The perfect candidate will have great communication and problem-solving skills.
This position will also be required to help with daily office duties for the auction house. That includes answering phones, emails, invoicing, and data entry. Some filing will be required as well as the ability to follow proper procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
