What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Associate position at Premier Solutions International?
We are looking for an individual with customer service experience to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. The Customer Relations Associate will focus their energy on utilizing our firm’s resources to better understand elite customer service expectations and infinite client based knowledge so they may deliver the best and the most precise information for each potential new customer. Each individual part of the customer service team is given a list of warm leads and are expected to capitalize on these daily. The Customer Relations Associate position has an opportunity to grow further into a career role and oversee and manage multiple accounts once established.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent line of communication with the customers from their initial purchasing process and while they continue service with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Research and troubleshoot assigned territories, client issues, amongst other situations with other top customer service assistants
- Foster an optimal relationship with your customer base ensuring to elevate the client’s brand
- Develop a knowledge base of clients and their competitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- The ability to build rapport with clients and multitasking is an asset for this role
- Maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with clients and customers
- The ability to travel to and from client meetings five days a week
