IT Manager
Fort Wayne, IN (onsite)
Salary: $80-$90k (depending on experience)
Reporting to the VP Information Technology, this position plans and oversees the implementation of technology support throughout the corporation. Provides recommendations for technology innovations and Cyber Security policy.
Responsibilities
1. Insure proactive and timely management of Servers, Systems and networks including but not limited to: On premise, Azure, AWS, and infrastructures.
2. Lead the Service Desk team of two.
1. Implement best practice in customer focused shared service ticket resolutions. Leverage technology to automate process to reduce labor intensive tasks.
3. Be Responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures are documented and implemented throughout the team.
4. Demonstrate vigilant ownership of Cyber security.
5. Proactively developing risk mitigation options and implementing to insure systems and data integrity.
6. Own the disaster recovery process.
7. Ensures and implements resiliency within infrastructure and routinely tests resiliency to ensure disaster recovery requirements are met.
8. Provides input into 3-year operating budget coupled with operational budget stewardship.
9. Partner with cross-functional leaders on the completion of projects and roadmaps. Provides written weekly status on projects and tasks in a timely manner.
10. Exhibits collaborative, “customer-focused” approach when partnering the application teams for project delivery.
11. Review and analyze organizational business needs to prepare resource budgets and requests, including staffing, equipment, software, and outside vendors.

Essential Functions
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD and Cyber Security in the MS technology stack.
- Responsible for server maintenance, security patching and monitoring of systems including but not limited to all physical servers, hardware, NAS, SAN’s, VMWare Servers, SharePoint servers, applications servers, domain controllers, and DNS Servers. Manage the day-to-day workload of the server, network, and cloud environments including pro-active storage management.
- Management of Microsoft Office 365 platform, Exchange online, and Teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT Infrastructure experience.
- Working knowledge of technology equipment, application software, data extraction and analysis.
- Able to supervise multiple, highly detailed projects, while meeting schedules and deadlines.
