What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Rehab position at Premier Therapy?
PREMIER THERAPY, an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 20 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for an exceptional Director of Rehab to work full-time at our partner's skilled nursing facility in Kingsville, OH. Competitive salary plus bonus (depending on skills, abilities and experience) with great full-time benefits to include 20 days of PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) employee participation after 90 days, free CEU's and more.
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Close working relationship with Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
- Attend marketing events to promote the facility.
- Attend facility meetings, i.e. Clinical, Medicare, Resident Review, Quality Assurance.
- Oversee the operations of the therapy department and staffing.
- Collaborate with Area Director.
