As a Service Advisor, you will own our customers' experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Prior Service Consultant experience is strongly preferred, however car enthusiasts with a willingness to learn will be considered. Job responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- Be an ambassador for the Premier1 Automotive brand and its core values
- Greet/respond to customers in person, on the phone, or email using established guidelines and processes
- Follow-up with customer inquiries within 10 minutes
- Document customer concerns, open service ticket, and work with Technicians and Operations Manager to assign ticket to technician as appropriate
- Communicate vehicle diagnosis, repair recommendations, and regular status updates to customers in a timely manner
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their repair and service needs are met
- Meet and Exceed customer service expectations of our customers every time
- Order parts
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements: - High-school diploma or equivalent - Solid track record of providing exceptional customer service -Must be able to work in a fast paced environment - Automotive experience strongly preferred - Have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record - Be able to pass a pre-employment screening including a background check. Premier1 promotes a drug-free work environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
