Premiere Behavioral Supports is an in-home supportive service program supporting Adults (21 years or older) with a developmental disorder.
Shift Information:
This location is looking to staff the following hours Monday to Friday 8:00 pm to 3:30 pm, additional shifts in the area are available, this is a general guide to the position hours.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with challenges such as interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills in developing adaptive and practical coping skills and realizing educational and vocational goals.
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients as directed in home, daycare, and school settings as needed
· Complete clinical data collection and daily paperwork in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
· Track client's progress through data collection
· Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans correctly and as directed by supervising Lead Analyst
· Work as a team and collaborate with team members
· Provides assistance in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
· Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
· Performs other duties as assigned or required.
·Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification (REQUIRED)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Education: You must have a high school diploma/GED or higher education degree
· Experience: You must have six months of previous professional work experience with a person with a developmental disability.
· All positions require a valid driver's license in good standing (under 5 points), valid car insurance, pre-employment drug screening, and criminal background check. All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Premier Behavioral Supports and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations
Preferred Skills
· CPR/First Aid certified
