We are seeking a full-time Culinary Specialist to join our team teaching both hands-on and virtual cooking classes, educating and coaching clients and providing supportive culinary wellness at our site located in Orlando, FL.
Monday - Friday schedule between 7a-7p. Schedule will vary depending on classes scheduled.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for recipe formulation, research & development.
- Creation of instructor materials for cooking classes and related instruction via live or recorded delivery methods.
- Responsible for Culinary Lifestyle Medicine Curriculum development.
- Recommend and execute improvement steps as needed, to meet Client / organization’s needs in quality, cost, and appearance.
- Champion and manage change as needed, in any and all aspects of process controls, curriculum, and client requests.
- Works independently and with assigned accounts.
- Acquires and demonstrates knowledge of customer operations, goals, and objectives.
- Develops strong working relationships with customer contacts through rapport building, earning trust, and being the customer’s 'go-to' Culinary and Lifestyle Wellness programming contact.
- Works on a variety of projects- including program concept development, product/brand development, customer work sessions/team builds, culinary training, lifestyle medicine training, and other company and customer related projects as needed.
- Becomes a subject matter expert relative to Premise Health’s product capabilities.
- Conducts professional and engaging presentations with confidence, ensuring seamless execution through advance planning, organization, thorough communication and appropriate time management practices.
- Proactively generates innovative product and programming concepts, with a focus on assigned accounts.
- Procures, preps, and cooks as needed for a range of projects, including internal and customer presentations, special events, marketing activities.
- Collaborates and works with other team members and cross-functional teams in a productive, professional and thoughtful way.
- Support Manager in sourcing Lifestyle Curriculum Instructors.
- Support Manager in developing and maintaining Community Relationships.
- Adheres to and models professional and safe standards at all times; maintains clean and organized kitchen work spaces, and practices 'clean as you go' standard at all times.
- Consults with design team on future facilities.
- Maintains departmental appearance, behavior and attitude standards at all times.
- Contributes to an atmosphere of mutual trust, teamwork and honesty.
- May require other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma required; associate's degree preferred in culinary arts, food service management, hospitality
- Experience in Health Care, Nursing, Health Coaching, or other Complimentary/Alternative health application is desirable preferred.
- Previous experience preparing, educating and coaching culinary wellness preferred.
