Description
Pay Rate : Min $13.50 to Max $17.00
Summary : Runs graded peanuts through the Bar Ready system to ensure the highest quality product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follows all GMPs and 5S SOPs.
- Tests product to ensure quality parameters are met.
- Works directly with production and shipping to ensure all customer specifications are met.
- Is responsible for making sure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned per OEM requirements to minimize downtime.
- Communicate with Maintenance Team Leads about any problems with the equipment to ensure maintenance is performed correctly.
- Runs the Bar Ready line
- Performs sanitation and maintenance on equipment and surrounding areas.
- Observe operations to detect malfunctions of equipment.
- Stops process and reports malfunction to supervisor.
- Makes minor adjustments or repairs such as opening chutes, setting guides, or clearing away spilled products or damaged bags.
- Focuses on food safety responsibilities.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Education and / or Experience
High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
