Position Details
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all marketing programs for specific brands within our portfolio of brands. You will serve as a strategic business partner to the corporate operational leaders for your assigned brands. Your primary customers will be the franchisees and your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by developing relationships that enable you to influence their participation in and effective execution of quarterly marketing plans.
What you’ll do:
- Work with corporate operational leaders to establish quarterly goals for each of the success metrics as well as the marketing strategies and tactics necessary to achieve them.
- Work with the broader marketing team to develop a quarterly marketing playbook to ensure franchisees successfully execute priority marketing programs each quarter.
- Drive franchisee adoption of marketing playbooks through presentations, one-on-one meetings, and partnerships with the corporate operations leaders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for franchisees with questions about the marketing programs and general marketing support requests.
- Provide a front-line franchisee perspective to corporate leaders and the broader marketing team.
- Provide training and support to ensure new franchisees are able to successfully execute the grand opening playbook.
- Be the voice of our brand to franchise owners and their teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of day-to-day franchise operations as well as familiarity with the tools, software, and systems that drive franchisee success.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance of success metrics for your assigned brands.
