Retail Store Manager Metro by T-Mobile
Our company Metro by T-Mobile is in need of a motivated cell phone manager to oversee and run one store.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. We're looking for a professional who has experience managing a team, and create a friendly ecosystem in your store.
You don't necessarily need to know how to sell, we can teach you. We are just looking for leaders that strive for success, and are willing to work to achieve it.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Have a passion for sales.
- Being able to lead a team
- Making sure that managed area hits all required sales goals
- Engage in excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, making recommendations, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working well with others and delivering great team results.
- Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner.
- Obey and be a role model for all policies and procedures.
- Be capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Be capable of completing all task items completely, accurately and on time.
- Be capable or working in other locations as dictated by business demands.
- Maintain profitability of assigned retail location.
- Train, develop, manage and motivate employees within a given retail location.
- Other duties as assigned by upper management.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week, including until 7 PM, weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience in wireless preferred.
