PrePaid-USA (a Division of USA Connect) has been providing incentive and award prepaid products to corporate clients since 2003. Our growth has been unprecedented as we continually re-invent ourselves, offering effective low cost award and incentive solutions to the corporate buyer. We serve many different industries including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and marketing agency clients. Our company is in the city of Corona, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Answers email inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Assist with ad hoc requests around the office
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service/support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bilingual (spanish)
- High school degree
Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Must be flexible to work different or additional hours when needed. Must have reliable transportation. *ONLY ACCEPTING LOCAL CANDIDATES*
