Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Support delivery of executive & global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
- Support performance review process.
- Assist job architecture and grading implementation.
- Support a yearly benchmarking process and perform compensation assessments to identify market comparability.
- Perform an assessment of internal pay data to identify trends and offer suggestions for improving equity and strengthening the company's position within the market.
- Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
Qualifications
You are a good fit if:
- Strong experience as a Global Compensation Specialist
- Experience in People practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
