Reporting to our Vice President of Total Rewards, you’ll be part of a team who help attract, retain and grow our talent by improving the employee experience. You’ll do this through data driven people programs whilst building a competitive rewards portfolio.

Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

• Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
• Support delivery of executive & global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
• Support performance review process.
• Assist job architecture and grading implementation.
• Support a yearly benchmarking process and perform compensation assessments to identify market comparability.
• Perform an assessment of internal pay data to identify trends and offer suggestions for improving equity and strengthening the company's position within the market.
• Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.
• Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations

Qualifications

You are a good fit if: 

• Strong experience as a Global Compensation Specialist
• Experience in People practices and compensation cycle management
• Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
