What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineering Project Lead position at Prequel Solutions?
Prequel is seeking candidates for a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead position for a leading steel manufacturing company in Northeastern OH. This is a full-time position and includes a competitive salary, annual bonus, health & retirement benefits. In addition, a generous relocation package to Ohio and sponsorship of a TN visa, if required.
This position includes both hands on electrical engineering work along with leading capital projects. A combination of Electrical Engineering technical skills along with project management experience is desired, with the technical skills being most important. The engineer will lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conceptualization to installation - developing plans, budgets, writing AR's, developing construction schedules, purchasing equipment, training operators and maintainers, debugging equipment to continuous improvement efforts.
Seeking candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Electrical Engineering Experience
- Skills in Electrical Design and Project Management
- Steel Industry Experience or other Industrial MFG experience
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
