Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Presh Marketing Solutions. This role is crucial in coordinating, managing, and ensuring timely completion of assigned client deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator serves as a liaison between the client, client services team, and the production team, and oversees project management to ensure on-time, on-budget marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple digital communication project workstreams within an account, such as website development, integrated campaigns, content creation, email marketing campaigns, etc.
Define project scope, resource requirements, and cost estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
Be the central point of communication for marketing, regularly interacting with internal and external partners engaged in product delivery.
Utilize digital project management tools to ensure full visibility and independent team collaboration.
Evaluate and communicate the time and financial impacts of changes to clients.
Understand and uphold the brand identities you work with, their definitions, core characteristics, and behavior standards.
Ensure high-quality documentation, costing, briefs, scopes, and presentations.
Manage conflicts and issues effectively, delegating upwards and raising alarms when necessary.
Maintain and foster partnership relationships with clients and internal marketing teams.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of digital marketing processes, including website delivery, email marketing, and online advertising.
Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relationships.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
