What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Technician position at PRESNELL'S AUTO REPAIR?

You've worked at couple of shops, there all the same. Your co-workers, former classmates and friends in the field tell you similar stories. You want something more or to make a change. It's just that, you have no idea that a different type of shop exists, or you do...but feel they just don't exist in your area.
Does the shop you currently work at only seem to care about how many cars they can get through each day?
Do they seem to only care about how many hours you can turn, yet they don't invest in the tooling or implement processes to to allow you to be more productive?
Do they expect you know or learn new tech through osmosis?
Are you expected to diagnose & repair vehicles without service information?
Does the shop ever close for holidays? Training?
Do they believe scan tool updates only need to be done every few years, if at all?
