What are the responsibilities and job description for the Captain position at Press Restaurant?
PRESS Restaurant celebrates Napa Valley the people, the ingredients, and the wines. PRESS is a place for locals, winemakers, vintners, and guests from around the world to experience the best the Napa Valley has to offer it is this sense of community that is at the heart of everything PRESS does.
We are looking for a professional, hospitality-minded captain with 2-3 years of experience as a fine-dining server or captain.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous FOH experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A successful candidate will posses a solid base knowledge of wine and a desire to continue their wine education.
Must be available to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
