MANAGER, GLOBAL SERVICES COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

This a unique career opportunity for an experienced business development professional to help us expand our global customer-based revenues. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded and demonstrated skillset, including customer service, inside sales, project management, and financial reporting. The compensation package for this position will include an incentive income opportunity.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Secure new business from existing and new customers by creating Services revenue streams that deliver customer-desired, outcome-based, solution-focused offerings
- Collaborate and work with Global Sales and Field Service regional teams to support Global Services opportunities
- Assist with development of customer-specific offerings, opportunity analysis, sales call support, opportunistic strategic management, and customer presentations
- Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new service support contracts while renewing existing agreements
- Manage risk assessment for new growth initiatives to ensure they are aligned with the organizational market, product, profitability, and compliance strategies and objectives
- Support Sales and Field Service management with strategic planning and forecasting through customer-based research, data management development, and discovery/maintenance of competitive information
Qualifications/Skills
- 5 years' experience in Sales or Account Management (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Solid financial skills, including financial reporting abilities, development of performance KPIs, and establishing and driving business growth metrics
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to make sound commercial decisions
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work well as part of a diverse, global team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
