Summary Will work alongside the Production Team Member to provide the proper training that will allow them to do their job safely and efficiently with proper techniques. Will work with the Production Management to progressively train the Production Team Member in their assigned department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Training Production Team Member on proper use of tools and techniques to be able to adhere to customer specifications.   Evaluate and correct the techniques of Production Team Member when they are using tools. Plans, organizes, implements and conducts training sessions with Production Team Member who need addition training. Ensure that Production Team Member follow safety program. Ensuring that all Production Team Member wear the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Follow USDA regulatory compliance, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF program for product performance and safety.

Education and/or Experience Two years of pork production experience desired but not required.

Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
