Your Role: As a Repossession Clerk you will support the Repossession and Dealer Refund Specialists by accurately and efficiently reviewing and updating account information. This will be an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Process dealer refund checks
- Call dealerships for refund explanations as needed
- Help with personal property pickup instructions.
- Complete imaging of documents
- Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the company
- Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or comparable
- Can communicate quickly, effectively, and accurately while notating accounts
- Proficient typing skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to use office equipment and computers
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
